About IP3

The Institute for Public-Private Partnerships, Inc. (IP3) is an international training and consulting firm that focuses on fostering public-private partnership opportunities, regulatory initiatives, and utility reform in the environmental (water/sanitation and solid waste), energy, transportation, technology, social, and municipal services sectors. IP3 provides training and consulting services on the requisite legal, regulatory, financial, technical, and institutional enabling environments for successful partnership arrangements. Our clients include national/state/local government agencies, multi- and bilateral development organizations, non-governmental organizations, and private businesses.

IP3 offers short-term commercial training courses that are offered to a global audience. Customized training courses are designed and implemented based on the specifications of a client.

Since 1994, IP3 has trained over 10,000 government, banking, regulatory, donor, and private sector officials from over 175 countries. IP3 is an Authorized Provider of the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (www.iacet.org) to provide officially recognized Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for all our training activities.
